The Chartered Institute for Customer Management (CICM Zambia) is inviting your organization to
participate in the 2021 Customer Experience Retreat to be held at Twangale Park, Lusaka. This will be
a two day program running from the 29th – 30th of July 2021.The Retreat is designed at helping
participants foster Customer Experience Management principles, rethink old habits and refresh their way
of thinking so as to deliver exceptional customer experience while they serve customers.
