Celebrating the Customer Service teams’ Extraordinary Efforts During the Covid-19 Pandemic!!

Customer Service Week is celebrated every first full week of October. Every year in Zambia during this week, CICM hosts this event through a number of activities including a CS-Week March Past, Customer Service Conference, Customer Service Awards and Inhouse Programs. This year will be different because of the Covid-19 Pandemic as all programs will be online. Instead of doing a week’s program, we have a dedicated program for the whole month of October. Organizations can implement inhouse activities to appreciate their customers and service staff. During this special month, organizations can take the opportunity to:

  • Boost Morale, motivation and teamwork.
  • Reward frontline reps  
  • Raise companywide awareness of the importance of customer service  
  • Thank other departments for their support 
  • Remind customers of your commitment to customer service. 

ONSITE INHOUSE CS-WEEK COMMEMORATIONS

he 2020 Customer Service Week Commemorations are going to be unique and different as we follow the
strict social distancing guidelines. As such, this year we will not have the usual programs, most of the activities
should be channeled towards inhouse activities. For great in-house activities, you can contact us or be on
our Zambia Customer Service Professionals Platforms on Whatsapp and other digital channels.

The CS-Week Theme is Dream Team. As we celebrate all our teams’ extraordinary efforts during the pandemic, we will look at ‘Service in the New Normal” as our discussion point. Please join and learn from customer service thought leaders from within and outside Zambia on how they delivering that customer experience in the new normal. All sessions will be via Webinars once a week in October .
