Customer Service Week is celebrated every first full week of October. Every year in Zambia during this week, CICM hosts this event through a number of activities including a CS-Week March Past, Customer Service Conference, Customer Service Awards and Inhouse Programs. This year will be different because of the Covid-19 Pandemic as all programs will be online. Instead of doing a week’s program, we have a dedicated program for the whole month of October. Organizations can implement inhouse activities to appreciate their customers and service staff. During this special month, organizations can take the opportunity to:

he 2020 Customer Service Week Commemorations are going to be unique and different as we follow the strict social distancing guidelines. As such, this year we will not have the usual programs, most of the activities should be channeled towards inhouse activities.
