Who We Are

CICM foundation is the opportunity bridge that equips you to meet success. Our mission is to guide and finance students through our partners, to discover their career passions, develop and implement action plans, engage in authentic career experiences and possess the soft skills that will allow them to succeed in any pathway they choose. By investing in the preparation and personal development of our youth we are creating a guaranteed return on a more cultured and robust society.

What We Do

The CICM Foundation offers programs, experiences, and connections that build youth who are well equipped to achieve post-secondary goals. Through developed opportunities participants are able to develop cognitive strategies and academic behaviors, broaden awareness and respond to diverse perspectives, and foster relationships with themselves, their peers, and their communities. When opportunity meets preparation, success is inevitable. We offer the opportunity bridge to a successful career.

Why We Do It

The CICM Foundation is committed to transforming the lives of marginalized youth who will ultimately become our future leaders. As a CPD institute, we analyzed the factors affecting school leavers in continuing education and what has historically been done to address them. Our unique relationships with our partners and communities have ignited and prepared us with the insights and drive essential to creating effective and lasting change that will ultimately improve the trajectories of the marginalized.

Our Programs

Our current and upcoming programs focus on the youth mainly in continuing education and capacity building to prepare them for employment opportunities. These programs focus on a variety of areas, including academic tutoring, college preparation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops. These programs aim to support young people in their educational journey and prepare them for future success. Some examples of such programs include:

Talent 4 Startups
Program

Developed and fully funded by Digital Africa, The Talent 4 Startups program supports the training of African talent in tech and digital professions, as well as their placement in startups. This Program is administered in Zambia by the CICM Foundation, a foundation that was initiated under the Chartered Institute of Customer Management Zambia. It is bought to you through partnership with Tofara Online Trust.

The 6-month training program focuses on two key areas: Digital Marketing and Artificial Intelligence in Digital Marketing. Recognizing that technical skills alone are not enough, we are also embedding soft skills development into our curriculum, covering communication skills, critical thinking, leadership development , innovation and more.

The program offers access to experienced mentors who will support your learning, growth, and professional development every step of the way.
